These terms govern your use of the HubLink Android app and policy website, operated by HubLink. By using HubLink, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your Google account, activity through your HubLink account, and accurate account information. Do not share access or impersonate another person.
Acceptable use
You must not use HubLink to break the law; threaten, harass, exploit, or deceive others; publish unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, malicious, or spam content; interfere with security or availability; scrape or access the service by unauthorized means; or attempt to bypass access controls.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give HubLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and promote the functionality of the service. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit it. Public content may be copied or shared by others.
Moderation
We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may warn, suspend, ban, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users or the service, respond to reports, or comply with law. We are not required to pre-screen all content.
External links
HubLink may display links and previews for third-party sites. We do not endorse or control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, or practices. Use them at your own risk.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using HubLink or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, inactivity, legal requirements, or discontinuation. Terms that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HubLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of data, or loss caused by users or external sites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or rights that apply to you.
Changes and contact
